Design Hotels gathering in Vilnius. CO-LAB

This huge and important event of Design Hotels association happened in Vilnius in June, 2019. Main caterer and organiser was Čiop Čiop culinary studio. I was invited to join as location coordinator.

It was a great challenge for the whole team to plan everything and put it into the right timing. Locations were nonstandard at all, which made all the logistics even more challenging.

I had an opportunity to coordinate 2 locations and then help out in the final Gala diner. Not much sleeping hours, but 3 days full of great emotions.

First location was in a former church – there was official networking plus lunch in the secret garden.

Second location – the rooftop of one office building. Actually it was a bank.

Third location – skatepark and event venue.
