Invest Lithuania / Work in Lithuania
Work in Lithuania is an initiative of the Foreign Investment Development Agency Invest Lithuania which aims to encourage professionals from abroad to pursue their careers in Lithuania.
Period of work: May 2021 – September 2021, 3 months
Responsibilities: I joined Work in Lithuania team for the summer, to manage one of their biggest project at that time. It was marketing campaign to Belarus market, inviting professional IT specialists to relocate to Lithuania and join a company in Tech industry here.
When I joined the project, the key message and initial strategy was already developed and confirmed. My responsibility, working together with creative and media agencies, was to manage and deliver all the content we needed for the campaign to run.

Result:
It was one of the biggest and challenging projects I have worked on – in terms of scope and deadlines. But I definitely enjoyed the process and was happy to be a part of it.
