Baltic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry conference

In 2020 September I helped with coordinating the conference. It was organized by Baltic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. My main duties were to find the right location, organize food catering, help with client questions, and requests and coordinate the conference.

The process was longer than planned, all due to COVID-19. First of all, we had to postpone the conference due to restrictions. Second – we had to make it without the lecture, as we couldn’t bring him to Lithuania during these times.

In the end, everything went smoothly. We had a live broadcast from Moskow with lecturer Viktor Scherbakov for 2 days without any technical issues. We had an amazing location – Vilnius Airport Conference hall with a view of airplanes. And we had gummy beers and popcorns for coffee breaks.
